Survivors

In the aftermath of terror acts, wemourn the dead and reconstruct the biographies fo the perpetrators. But as times goes by we often forget the people who have survived these terror attacks. many of them physically injured, all of them traumatized.
For this project we hae shot portraits and recorded video interviews of people across Europe, who have survived a terror attack. We wanted to provide them with a forum, a means of telling their stories and sharing their views and experiences, to hear what they have learned on their personal journey back to life after their encounter with terrorism.
